It is our mission to assist in the combat against child prostitution, child abuse, human trafficking and other violations of human rights by means of direct intervention, recovery of missing and exploited children, counseling of individuals at risk and conducting initiatives to lower incidences of abuse and exploitation.
Unchain our Children (Registered Non-profit: 2016/296796/08) endeavors to assist in the combat against child prostitution, child abuse, and other violations on human rights by means direct intervention, recovery of missing and exploited children, counseling of individuals at risk and conducting initiatives to lower the current occurring incidences of abuse/exploitation.

WHO WE WORK WITH
We believe in a holistic approach. That’s why on our team we have former law enforcement officers, social workers, and counselors to assist in whatever a particular situation requires. Whether it is a missing person, an abused child, or a trafficking victim, we are here to assist. We will always work within the law and according to South African legislation and policies. In fact, we offer training to government officials about the Trafficking in Persons Act as well as other victim centered techniques.
We are in the process of aligning ourselves with various stakeholders from the causes against child exploitation and drug/prostitution counseling organizations.

WHO WE HELP
Young or old, male or female, and all colours of skin; we value every individual and do not limit ourselves when it comes to serving others. Although we are primarily based in Gauteng, we have a wide network all over South Africa. We have worked with law enforcement in over 14 countries in order to rescue victims and assist with convicting perpetrators. We have successfully rescued abused women being forced into prostitution from various SADEC nations, and have helped in the recovery of missing persons in South Africa.
We will help anyone in need; anybody feeling they are in trouble (or someone you may know) may contact us.
