Octodec Investments Continues Support for Vulnerable Communities with Fresh Dignity Bag Donation

Octodec Investments Limited, an A2X-listed Real Estate Investment Trust, has once again demonstrated its commitment to Unchain Our Children (UOC) by donating additional dignity bags, together with food and other essential items for children and the elderly. The consignment was recently delivered to Geseende Hande in Danville, continuing a longstanding partnership that has supported the organisation’s work among vulnerable communities.

The latest donation provided an opportunity for Octodec representatives to sample the cookies baked and sold by Geseende Hande. Supporters are encouraged to stock up for the holiday season by contacting the project directly at 081 543 2424

City Property Administration, the specialist asset and property management company controlled by the Wapnick family, manages Octodec’ s portfolio under a formal management agreement. This close operational relationship underpins both companies’ community involvement. City Property has itself been a consistent supporter of UOC’s initiatives.
South Africa’s strained economic conditions continue to erode quality of life for many households, leaving families without access to basic living essentials such as hygiene products and nutritious food. In this environment, non-profit organizations like UOC play a critical role, working alongside private-sector partners to bridge the gap for those most at risk.
Wayne van Onselen, Executive Director & Founder of UOC extends his sincere thanks to Octodec's staff, management and directors for their sustained generosity over the years. These faithful contributions reflect a genuine concern for vulnerable communities and embody the generous ethos instilled by Mr. Jeffrey Wapnick, CEO of Octodec Investments Limited.
